At DAIZ PADEL, we do everything we can to help you make the right choice. Is a product not exactly what you expected? No problem — you can return it.

Return conditions

You can return your order within 14 days after delivery.

The product must be:

• unused

• in original condition

• in the original packaging, if possible

Personalised or used products cannot be returned.

How does returning work?

1. Send an email to info@daizpadel.com to register your return

2. You will receive return instructions from us

3. Send the product to the provided return address

4. Once we receive and check your return, we will process it as soon as possible

Return costs

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense

• You may choose your own carrier

• We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace

Please note: DAIZ PADEL is not responsible for return shipments that are lost during transport.

Refunds

• After receiving and approving your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 working days

• Original shipping costs are not refunded

• Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order
